Every piece is hand-knit to order, so please allow 2.5–3.5 weeks from order to delivery. Orders ship from İzmir, Türkiye to the US.

Yes. Many of our pieces, including our signature Christmas stockings, can be personalized with your name or a loved one’s name knit directly into the design. To see available personalization options, please see the individual Etsy item listing.

Because every piece is made to order and some are personalized specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out through our Contact page or Etsy contact options and we'll make it right.

Please hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry. Store folded in a cool, dry place. With proper care, your piece can be cherished for years to come.
